In a cybercrime case, a sessions court in Lahore issued non-bailable arrest warrants for host and performer Ayesha Sana. The arrest warrants were issued by the sessions court in Lahore due to the actress’s non-appearance in the case.
Yousuf Baig, her ex-husband, has filed a lawsuit against Ayesha for defaming his family on the internet.
Ayesha allegedly uploaded improper images of his wife and daughter on social media, according to Yousuf. She also posted their private photos and videos on a website, which she claimed “brought disgrace” to his family. As a result, the judge ordered Ayesha to attend the hearing.
This isn’t the first time Ayesha has been served with an arrest warrant. She was charged with fraud in July 2020, and raids were carried out in Lahore and Islamabad to apprehend her. Ali Moin, a real estate agent, filed the complaint, which led to the establishment of the case.
Sana, according to Ali, borrowed Rs2 million from him and gave him a check that bounced. He said that Ayesha was friendly with Ali’s family and that he had provided her money on multiple occasions.
