Punjabi actor-singer Gippy Grewal has denied that he is friends with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, following an attack on his Canada home by gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.
Bishnoi claimed responsibility for the attack and warned Grewal against his association with Khan. He also threatened Khan, saying that “death doesn’t require a visa; it comes uninvited.”
Grewal has clarified that he has only met Khan twice, in a professional capacity. He said that he has no friendship with Khan and that the attack was “shocking and unprovoked.”
The attack has left Grewal shaken and he is unable to process what has happened. He is appealing to the authorities to investigate the matter and bring the perpetrators to justice.
