Fans of the beloved Pakistani actor Imran Abbas are rejoicing! After its successful release around the world, his debut Punjabi movie, ‘Jee Ve Sohneya Jee’, has finally been approved for screening in Pakistan.
The Punjabi romance finally gets its Pakistani release date: Friday, February 23rd. Abbas himself confirmed the news with excitement on his Instagram story. “Finally releasing in Pakistan,” he announced, sharing the film’s official poster.
In this highly anticipated project, Abbas plays the role of Ali/Sarabjeet, a man whose love knows no borders. The film has been receiving praise worldwide.
Abbas stars alongside celebrated Indian Punjabi actress Simi Chahal. His long-awaited return to cinema comes eight years after his last international project. Pakistani actress Anam Tanveer also holds a key role in the film.
Adding to the excitement, legendary Pakistani singer Atif Aslam provides the vocals for the movie’s title track. The song captures the timeless romance that made Punjabi films so popular in the past.
