Veteran actress Durdana Butt passed away on Thursday after eight days on a ventilator at a hospital in Karachi. She was in her 80s.
Best known for her roles in PTV’s golden-era dramas Fifty Fifty, Aangan Terha, Ruswai, Intezaar, and Tanhaiyaan, the senior actress had been hospitalized for the past few days.
According to the family source, she had been placed on a ventilator in the first week of August.
Her health deteriorated due to COVID.
She has also suffered from cancer for the past few years.
