Pakistani actress Nazish Jahangir recently shared a heartfelt goodbye to her latest drama Mafadparast, which concluded on a celebratory note. Taking to Instagram, she posted a carousel of images in a bridal gown to mark her character Zara’s wedding, writing a touching message to her fans.
“Finally, Zara got married to Haddi! Thank you for being part of Mafadparast’s journey, for loving, supporting, appreciating, and even criticizing. Every reaction meant so much,” she wrote, expressing gratitude for the audience’s engagement throughout the series.
Nazish highlighted the emotional depth of her role, acknowledging fans who encouraged her to portray positive and layered characters. Her post emphasized that Zara’s emotional journey—from betrayal and heartbreak to a joyful resolution—resonated with viewers.
Throughout Mafadparast, Zara faced significant struggles, including betrayal by her cousin Mehroo and Hadi’s initial refusal of love. The finale featured Nazish in a heavily embellished gold and ivory pishwas, symbolizing her character’s eventual happiness and peace.
Apart from Mafadparast, Nazish Jahangir is known for her performances as Zoya in Thais, Faiza in Tohmat, Nimra in Kam Zarf, and Shameela in Kahin Deep Jaley.
